Paracelsus Zwickl is an all-natural specialty beer with a velvety impression to the tongue, and a well-rounded bitterness in the aftertaste.
Since Zwickl beer is unfiltered, which means it retains its valuable flavor elements and ingredients (yeast, vitamins, minerals, trace elements), it has a natural cloudiness.

"Beer is a truly divine medicine!" This quote is from Paracelsus. He was a forward thinker, visionary and famous physician, who lived and worked from 1493 to 1541, including in Salzburg, ascribing unique healing powers to beer even back then.

Gourmet Tip from the Brewmaster:

Paracelsus Zwickl is a great thirst quencher and the perfect accompaniment to beef, lamb, game, goose or duck.
It also goes well with Emmentaler, Bauernkäse, Bergkäse and other full-flavored, salty cheeses (e.g. Parmesan).

Water from the Untersberg in Salzburg, organic malt from Grieskirchen and organic hops from the Mühlviertel region.
Shelf Life: 4 months in the bottle, 3 months in the keg
