Step by step, we have made our breakfast completely organic, and to guarantee that, we are subject to voluntary inspections twice a year.

The following organic products await you as a healthy start to every day of your holidays:

• a wide selection of sausages, ham and cheeses, venison sausage, salami 
• homemade cheese and buttermilk spreads 
• fresh breads, rolls and pastries 
• farmhouse and sour-cream butters
• homemade jams, a variety of honeys, honey from the honeycomb
• organic coffee, Bioteaque and Sonnentor teas and hot chocolate
• individual cereals and dried fruits to mix as you wish 
• pre-mixed Pirchermüsli cereal
• milk, natural and berry yoghurts 
• scrambled eggs and bacon, and eggs for you to boil yourself 
• selection of Hasenfit organic juices

If you make arrangements in advance, we would also be happy to offer you a selection of gluten- and lactose-free organic products.
