Brief travel directions:

Coming from Munich: 

Without autobahn toll sticker: Autobahn Munich - Salzburg (A8) -  exit Siegsdorf - Lofer - Saalfelden - at the Interspar roundabout towards Leogang. With* autobahn toll sticker: Autobahn Munich - A 12 Inntal Autobahn - Kufstein/Kiefersfelden - exit "Kufstein Süd" - St. Johann/Tirol - Fieberbrunn - Hochfilzen - Leogang  * As of 1 December 15, toll stickers are required on all autobahns and expressways. This also applies to the route Kiefersfelden - Kufstein Süd! 

Coming from Eastern Austria: 

West Autobahn Vienna (A1) - Salzburg - exit Wals/Lofer - "Kleines Deutsche Eck" -  Lofer - Saalfelden - at the Interspar roundabout towards Leogang. 

Coming from Southern Austria: 

Tauern Autobahn (A10) - exit Bischofshofen - Zell am See - Saalfelden - at the Interspar roundabout towards Leogang. Shorter: the connection via the Dientner Sattel, though a very curvy road. 
In Leogang, simply follow signs for the "Asitzbahn".

Arrival by Rail: 

The nearest railway station for long-distance trains is Saalfelden (ca. 10 km). However, there are also stations in Leogang (ca. 2 km) and Hochfilzen (ca. 10 km). Pick-up service from these stations by the hotel is free of charge. Please let us know your arrival time well in advance.
Arrival is possible daily. You can book your rail travel quickly and easily using the following websites: ÖBB or Deutsche Bahn.

Please also take note of the various bargain offers for rail travelers. Incidentally, guests arriving by train and making a direct booking via the hotel receive 20 % discount by rent a Mountainbike in the Rupertus Bikeshop.

Arrival by Air: 

The nearest international airport is Salzburg (ca. 70 km). airberlin.com provides practically daily service from/to Hamburg, Berlin and Düsseldorf, as well as many other destinations. In winter, 32 planes from this airline land there every week. Very often, the main hub is Düsseldorf. 

In the Netherlands, too, there are numerous connections from major cities, including cut-price airline Transsavia from/to Rotterdam and from/to Eindhoven.

Transfer by public bus (No. 260) - ca. 5 x daily direct to Saalfelden (approx. € 14.00). We will be glad to make arrangements for a taxi to take you from the bus station (ca. 10 km to our hotel).

7 x daily with holiday-shuttle.at for ca. € 44.00 per person to the hotel (roundtrip 84.00 per person) or by taxi (ca. € 150.00/trip - varies according to the number of passengers) . Status: June 2017
