Organic is more than a label, it is a conscious decision.
We are geared towards sustainability and the environment, not just in our organic cuisine, but throughout the hotel. We deliver this responsibility and in all areas of our business we emphasise sustainable travel and we have been awarded regionally, nationally and internationally for this, with numerous quality seals.
Our quality seals
- Bio Austria: We have been a member since 2005. 2 - 3 times a year there are undisclosed inspections by independent inspection authority - the SLK. This guarantees organic quality through and through.
- Biohotels: Only those who can provide 100% organic can become members. We have managed this and are proud of that!
- Bioparadies Salzburgerland: Since 2005 we have been actively committed as a committee member of Salzburg's organic businesses.
- Austrian environment seal: A guarantee of high environmental standards and quality in Austria.
- Ecolabel: Widely recognised EU environmental seal for sustainability and an awareness of nature.
- Umweltblatt Salzburg: Award for outstanding services in regional environmental protection in the energy, mobility, waste, resources and environmental sectors.
- Hotel der Zukunft: Winner of the most important hotel prize in Austria. An award for added value and appreciation through sustainability.
We have also been awarded the 'Umweltblatt Salzburg' from Salzburg Environment Services for all our activities with regard to waste separation and energy.
