Organic produce has long been a tradition in our hotel. With expertise and flair, our head chefs prepare new creative treats each and every day, using 100% controlled organic produce. Whether classic or vegan - we use regional ingredients and work in conjunction with regional producers. The herbs used in our meals come predominantly from our own organic garden, and we have a wonderful selection of organic wines, for the most part from Austria. And anyone who wants to relax in the evening and watch the sun go down, is very well catered for in our GreenBAR where 100 % organic drinks are served.
