Time and again we receive similar questions.

How do I book a room in the Bio-Hotel Rupertus?

You can book your holiday here with us in the Rupertus conveniently and easily via our website and our online booking service. You can also use the contact form to get in touch with us, or call us on +43 6583 8644. We are happy to assist with your holiday planning.

Are dogs allowed in the hotel?

Your dog is welcome in the Rupertus too! Around the hotel there are lovely hiking and walking trails. In the mountains there are lots of streams to provide you with a chance to cool off. Leogang's River Ache runs right by our hotel and has lovely access points for our four-legged friends. Please note that dogs are not permitted in the dining hall during main meal times. They are welcome in the hotel bar area and on the terrace.We charge € 18.00 per night for a dog (feed not included).

Where can I park?

There is a spacious car parking area right outside the hotel. We are happy to reserve a space in our underground garage for you for 10.00€ per night.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in from 2:00 p.m., check-out by 11:00 a.m. We are also happy to offer a late check-out option for €15,00 per person until 5:00 p.m., which includes use of the wellness area and afternoon snack. Our Reception is staffed daily from 7:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.

Can I buy ski passes in the hotel?

Yes, course. Ski passes are available to purchase right at Reception for Skicircus Saalbach Hinterglemm Leogang Fieberbrunn.

Is there a ski storage area in the hotel?

Yes, there is a CCTV monitored and lockable ski storage area in the hotel, which has its own ski storage area.

Can I hire skis in the hotel?

The hotel does not have its own ski hire facility. We recommend you go to Mitterer sports shop right at the valley station, which is just 100 metres from the hotel, where you will find everything you could want for your sports activities.

Can I hire snow shoes in the hotel?

Snow shoes and poles are available to use free of charge. For a successful snow-shoe hike we recommend you wear sturdy shoes and bring a pair of thick trousers with you.

Is there a fitness room in the hotel?

State of the art fitness equipment from Technogym is available in our fitness and cardio room to use free of charge.

Does the hotel provide child supervision?

Yes, we provide free child supervision from Monday to Friday, in summer from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; and in winter from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Is there a weekly programme for children?

Our child supervision team creates a new programme for little guests every week. The children's programme is always on the playroom door.

From when can I use the wellness area?

Our wellness area - ErholPOL- is available to use every day from 1.00 p.m. to 8 p.m. All the saunas are switched on at this time too.

Can children use the wellness area?

Our wellness area is open every day until 3 p.m. for families and their children. Thereafter ErholPOL is the reserve of adult guests (aged 16 and over). Our organic garden sauna is a textile sauna at 75°C and is available for children to use all day.

Is there an indoor pool in the hotel?

We do not have an indoor pool. The nearest indoor pools are in Fieberbrunn or in Zell am See. Our 25 metre, pleasantly temperate organic swimming pond in the organic garden provides crystal-clear refreshment.

When are meal times?

Organic breakfast served from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.Healthy afternoon snack served from 3.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. Evening meal from 6.15 p.m. to 8.00 p.m.

Do you offer a vegan/vegetarian menu?

We offer our vegetarian and vegan guests a variety-packed, different menu every day - with 4 courses.

What do I do if I have food intolerances?

To be able to enjoy your holiday to the full we will cater for any intolerances you may have. Please let us know in advance so we can compile a delicious menu to suit your needs.
