Yoga is the perfect complement to any lifestyle - whether sporty soul or relaxed well-being fan - Yoga does everyone good. You don't need any advance knowledge for our courses. As part of a group and with support from our Yogini Lisa, you will soon find an energy flow. Monday, Wednesday and Friday we start the day together with gentle exercises.
